For nearly ten years, I worked within the world of luxury – an environment where every detail matters, nothing is left to chance and standards of excellence are the daily norm. At CHANEL in France and Asia, and subsequently within the LVMH Group in the UK, I learned to craft experiences, to understand the expectations of a discerning audience, and to combine creativity, precision and a genuine sense of service.

Over the years, what has always driven me – beyond products and brands – has been human connection: personal stories, professional journeys, talent that reveals itself. Gradually, I came to understand that what truly captivated me was the person behind the function, the individual behind the profile.

In 2019, I chose to follow that instinct and moved into specialist Life Sciences recruitment. A different world, yet one that shares with luxury the same pursuit of excellence, the same attention to detail, the same value placed on people.

Today, my background allows me to combine the rigour and finesse acquired within exceptional houses with a deep understanding of human and business challenges.
